Perfect

I was organizing an event and pushing hard to make it 100% compostable despite the skepticism of the other organizers. So I was very nervous these silverware would be flimsy, people would complain, and I would get a lot of 'told you so's and all future events would revert back to nasty single-use disposable plastic. It was a huge relief that these held up perfectly! People kept asking if I was sure the utensils were compostable because they seemed like plastic. They held up to all sorts of food, hot and cold, heavy foods, foods that took some muscle to cut, etc. Very pleased with the performance and even more pleased the entire committee is on board with all future events being 100% compostable after seeing how far fake "plastics" have come! ( I will note it was a cool cloudy day so I don't know how they'd do sitting out in hot direct sun, but they certainly didn't melt when used with hot foods. )
